摘要
文章阐述了在深化医药卫生体制改革时期,高层次人才队伍建设对公立医院具有的重要战略意义。分析了公立医院高层次人才队伍建设存在的问题。提出了通过建立有效的高层次人才培养路径,提高医院核心竞争力,为深化医改提供有力保障。
In the era of the health care system reform, it is important to build a team of high-level talents. This paper analyzes the strategic significance, as well as the existing problems to build a high-level talent team. By analyzing these problems, the paper proposes an efficient methodology to cultivate high-level talents, so that the hospitals can improve their competitiveness in the process of health care system reform.
