创新驱动发展战略,是我国当前传统人口红利消退、环境资源约束趋紧背景下,为转变经济发展方式,实现内生增长发展的必然选择。马克思丰富的技术创新、制度创新思想与熊彼特系统的创新理论,是创新驱动发展战略的重要理论基础;虽然二者在经济史观、发展动因、内生增长核心、信用与资本对创新作用等有共同认识,但在方法论基础和研究视角、创新主体内涵与创新机制、创新内生增长的价值目标等方面存在差异。比较二者的思想,将有助于对创新驱动发展战略的理论内核与实现路径的把握与理解。

The strategy of innovation-driven development is an inevitable choice for China to transform the economic development mode and achieve endogenous growth under the background of traditional population benefit fades away and environment resource constraint tightens.The rich technical innovation and system innovation thinking of Marx and the systematic innovation theory of Schumpeter are important theoretical basis for the strategy of innovation-driven development;although the two have common understanding of the economic history,development motivation,endogenous growth core and the impact of credit and capital on innovation,they differ in terms of methodology foundation and research perspective,the connotation of innovation entities and mechanism for innovation,and the value objectives of endogenous innovation growth.The comparison of the two thoughts will help grasp and understand the theoretical core and realization path of the strategy of innovation-driven development.
