降钙素原联合C-反应蛋白对儿童中枢神经系统感染性疾病的临床诊断 被引量:17

摘要 目的分析降钙素原(PCT)联合C-反应蛋白(CRP)对儿童中枢神经系统感染性疾病的临床诊断价值。方法选取医院2012年9月-2015年9月收治的85例中枢神经系统感染性疾病患儿及同期50例健康体检儿童为研究对象,分别将其纳入患儿组与对照组,比较两组儿童血清PCT、CRP水平差异,并观察患儿组治疗前后血清PCT、CRP水平变化。结果患儿组共确诊化脓性脑膜炎患儿21例、病毒性脑膜炎64例,化脓性脑膜炎患儿组血清PCT、CRP水平显著高于对照组、病毒性脑膜炎患儿组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),病毒性脑膜炎患儿组与对照组儿童血清PCT、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义;治疗后化脓性脑膜炎患儿血清PCT、CRP水平均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),化脓性脑膜炎及病毒性脑膜炎患儿治疗后血清PCT、CRP水平比较,差异无统计学意义。结论 PCT联合CRP检测在儿童中枢神经系统感染性疾病的鉴别诊断、预后判断、疗效评价方面均具有较高的临床价值,值得推广。 OBJECTIVE To analyze the clinical value of procalcitonin(PCT)combined with C-reactive protein(CRP)in diagnosis of central nervous system infectious diseases in children.METHODS A total of 85 children with central nervous system infectious diseases who were treated in the hospital from Sep 2012 to Sep 2015 and 50children healthy children who received physical examination during the same period were recruited as the study objects and respectively assigned as the case group and the control group.The levels of serum PCT and CRP were compared between the two groups of patients,and the levels of serum PCT and CRP of the children in the case group were observed before and after the treatment.RESULTSIn the case group,totally 21 children were diagnosed with suppurative meningitis,and 64 children were diagnosed with viral meningitis.The levels of serum PCT and CRP of the children with suppurative meningitis were significantly higher than those of the children in the control group and the children with viral meningitis(P〈0.05).There was no significant difference in the level of serum PCT or CRP between the children with viral meningitis and the children in the control group.The levels of serum PCT and CRP of the children with suppurative meningitis were significantly reduced after the treatment(P〈0.05);there was no significant difference in the level of serum PCT or CRP between the children with suppurative meningitis and the children with viral meningitis after the treatment.CONCLUSION The PCT combined with CRP has high clinical value in diagnosis of the central nervous system infectious diseases in the children,judgment of prognosis,and evaluation of efficacy;it is worthy to be promoted.
