摘要
为了了解水分蒸发对露天煤堆自燃升温过程的影响机制,利用Fluent软件对煤堆内部漏风、温度场信息进行了模拟分析。计算结果表明:高温点位于煤堆中下部;水分的蒸发使煤堆在中期升温速率放缓;水分含量越高,煤堆安全保存期越长。保持一定的水分利于煤堆安全放置。
In order to understand the responding mechanism of coal pile heating up process for water evaporation, the Fluent software was used to analyze the seveal field informations such as airleakage and temperature. The results shows that the high temperature region always lies in middle and lower segments of eoal pile. Then, the water evaporation can slow down the coal pile temperature in middleterm of spontaneous combustion, and the more moisture, the longer safe storage time. Hence, the correct water conservation must be ehoosed to prolong saving time before stacking.
