摘要
针对束管监测系统在煤矿井下防灭火工作的应用现状,分析了束管系统采集数据的可靠性、滞后性、以及煤自燃预警信息的漏报、误报等,提出了相应的解决方案。并根据南梁矿的实际情况以及煤样的程序升温实验数据等,开发了基于束管系统的煤自燃预警系统,为煤自燃预警提供了技术支持。
In view of the application status of tube monitoring system in the fire prevention of coal mine, analyzed the reliability of the system, hysteresis to collect data, and omission, false alarm of coal spontaneous combustion of early warning information, and then put forward the corresponding solutions. According to the actual situation of Nanliang coal mine and temperature programmed experiment data of coal sample, developed new coal spontaneous combustion tube warning system, provide technical support for early warning during coal combustion.
