摘要
为解决文家坡煤矿副井井筒淋水量大的问题,将井筒内已装备的罐笼进行改造作为注浆平台。注浆期间采用先下行后上行式的方法,分段作业,并且在井壁脆弱的素砼支护段注浆压力控制在2 MPa以下。经过70 d注浆,副井井筒淋水量从32 m^3/h降至8.86 m^3/h,注浆堵水效果明显。
In order to solve the spraying water of auxiliary shaft coal ming to transform the cage as grouting platform. During the gouting adopting segmented operation method of the first down and then up the way and control injection pressure below 2 MPa about vulnerable shaft because of plain concrete supporting section. After 70 days grouting obtain obvious effect that spraying water of auxiliary shaft reduce from 32 m^3/h to 8.86 m^3/h.
