摘要
以现有的膏体充填搅拌站为基础,结合混凝土搅拌车的工作特性及优点,对膏体搅拌这一工艺进行优化设计,减少搅拌时间,改善搅拌环境,获得搅拌更为均匀的合格膏体,同时避免膏体在搅拌过程中与搅拌站内壁的粘接,减少充填过程中发生堵管的可能性,进一步提高其工程质量和工作效率。
Based on the existing mixing plant of the paste filling,and combined with the operating characteristics and advantages of the concrete mixer,the process of stirring paste is optimized. This optimal design will reduce the mixing time,improve the stirring environment,and get eligible paste which is stirred more uniforrn. At the same time, it will avoid sticking on the mixing station wall in the mixing process for the paste,reduce the possibility of plugging in the filling process,and further improve the engineering quality and the work efficiency.
