新型超声钻的动力特性研究

摘要 设计了一款利用超声波/声波能量耦合机理的新型超声钻。建立了自由质量的碰撞模型,在此基础上运用ADAMS软件对碰撞过程进行了运动学仿真。通过理论分析和试验共同验证了自由质量单元利用能量耦合机理放大振幅的作用。 A new type of ultrasonic drilling is designed. By abstracting to a spring-mass-damping system and modelling in ADAMS, the quality of movement and frequency distribution of free mass is analyzed. Both analysis and experiment show the energy coupling and amplitude amplification of the free mass.
