摘要 车辆运煤智能系统通过RFID采集运煤车辆数据,写入PLC控制器和管理数据库。将采集来的数据传递到数据管理中心并进行汇总、统计、列表生成,供煤场和化工公司读取调用。采用PLC脱机控制技术和UPS不间断电源供电,保证系统脱网状态和用电故障状态时的正常工作。 Vehicle intelligent management system is established on the local area network platform. The system collect data through Radio Frequency Identification (RFID). The vehicle the original data are written into the PLC and database management. Using communication and network technology, the collected data is passed to the data management center, to carry on the summary, statistics, list to read and call for coal and chemical company. Using offline technology of PLC control and uninterruptible power supply by UPS under the network condition and electricity fault. The design of the intelligent management system implemented the monitoring and management of coal car.
