摘要 诱导时间是煤炭浮选矿化过程中的重要参数。以神东低阶煤为研究对象,采用单因素实验方法分别探究了气泡压缩形变量Δh、接触速度u_j以及气泡直径d_b对煤样诱导时间的影响,并比较研究了普通油泡和活性油泡对气泡-煤粒粘附的强化作用。 Induction time plays a key role in mineralization of the froth in foam flotation of coal. With single-factor experiments, the influences of the deformation of air bubble Ah, the diameter of air bubble db, and the velocities of the air bubble approach to the sample bed uj on the induction time during foam flotation were investigated, with a Shengdong low rank coal as experimental sample, in the present research. Besides, a comparative experiment between the accelerations of traditional oily bubble and modified active one in bubble-particle attachment was conducted.
