Ideas and Methods about Using Classical Prescriptions to Treat Difficult Miscellaneous Diseases

运用经方辨治疑难杂病必须从病证表现中辨清病变属性,从疾病演变规律中寻找内在关系,从复杂多变的症状表现中去粗取精、去伪存真,从病变证机中确立相应的治疗方药。临证只有重视研究和归纳经方针对脏腑病证用方及其基础方、代表方、经方合方、衍生方,才能更好地学好、用活经方以辨治诸多疑难杂病。

If Chinese medicine doctors use classical prescriptions to treat difficult miscellaneous diseases,they should identify features of diseases from symptoms,find intrinsic relations from evolving rule of diseases,reject the dross and assimilate the fine essence and winnow truth from falsehood from complex symptoms,and choose the corresponding prescriptions according to the pathogenesis. Only attaching importance to studying and summarizing classical prescriptions for viscera diseases and the basic,representative,combined,and deuterogenic prescriptions of those classical prescriptions,can doctors better use classical prescriptions to treat many difficult miscellaneous diseases.
