玉屏风散单味药不同提取物对过敏性鼻炎疗效的比较

Comparison of efficacy of different extracts from Yupingfeng powder against allergic rhinitis

目的:比较研究玉屏风散中单味药不同提取部位对过敏性鼻炎的作用。方法:采用现代分离提取技术获得玉屏风散中的三味药的不同提取物,复制过敏性鼻炎模型,灌胃模型大鼠不同提取物并观察大鼠的行为学症状并计分,检测大鼠血清中IgE含量及观察大鼠鼻黏膜组织病理形态学的改变,比较不同提取物对过敏性鼻炎的药效作用。结果:玉屏风散中不同提取物均能改善过敏性鼻炎大鼠的症状、均能降低模型大鼠血清IgE的含量,且具有显著性差异(P<0.01);均能改善模型大鼠鼻黏膜组织病理形态学。结论:玉屏风散中不同提取物均有治疗过敏性鼻炎的药效,其中以黄芪总多糖药效最好。

OBJECTIVE To investigate effects of different extracts from Yupingfeng powder against allergic rhinitis.METHODS Modern separation technology was utilized to get different extracts from Yupingfeng powder.Allergic rhinitis rat model was established,then different extracts were administered to rats by gavage to evaluate behavioral changes by scoring.Serum IgE levels were determined,pathological changes of nasal tissues in rats were observed.RESULTS All different extracts of Yupingfeng powder improved symptoms of allergic rhinitis and reduced IgE levels in rat model（P〈0.01）,and also alleviated pathological changes of nasal mucosa.CONCLUSION All different extracts of Yupingfeng powder are effective against allergic rhinitis.Total polysaccharides of huangqi are the best.
