摘要
密钥管理是保障智能变电站信息网络安全的关键,其难点在保证密钥安全性基础上建立符合变电站实际的高效方法。针对变电站信息交换范围和关联程度,提出一种轻型化的分层密钥分配方法,以减轻密钥管理中所需的通信和运算负荷。根据控制中心、变电站和智能电子设备的运算和存储能力优化任务分配,详细介绍了密钥的生成、分配、更新与销毁等核心内容,并分析所需运算和通信开销以及各参与方的密钥保存数量。
Key management is crucial to securing network information in substations. It is hard to set up a safe and efficient method in conformity with the actual situation of the substation. A light layered key management method is proposed according to the information exchange range and association degree. Proper tasks are assigned to control centers, substations and intelligent electronic devices (IEDs) by their computing and storage capacities in the proposed method to reduce communication and computation overheads. Key generation, allocation, updating and destruction are detailed. Finally the communication and computation cost and the storage key numbers required by every participating party are analyzed.
