摘要 未来高比例可再生能源的随机变化特性将给电力系统运行灵活性带来前所未有的挑战,对系统的灵活性资源进行规划成为必要的研究工作。对含高比例可再生能源电力系统灵活性规划的研究动态进行评述,首先分析了高比例可再生能源电力系统的基本特征,给出了电力系统灵活性的定义、主要灵活性资源类型和灵活性平衡原理,然后介绍了灵活性定量评价指标体系,最后,提出了电力系统灵活性协调规划的核心内容及求解思路、存在的关键难题及技术解决思路。 The stochastic and variable characteristics of high proportion of renewable energy in the future power system would bring unprecedented challenges to power system operational flexibility, rendering specialized planning for flexible resources in power system indispensable in the whole planning process as never before. An overview on power system flexibility planning technique considering high proportion of renewable energy is given. Firstly, the features of power system with a high proportion of renewable energy are analyzed. Then the definition of power system flexibility, the main flexible resources in power system and the flexibility equilibrium are given prior to demonstrating current research on quantitative evaluation of flexibility. Finally, the core content, key technical problems and solving approach in power system flexibility coordinated planning are proposed.
