不同地理区域来源和化性柞蚕种质资源的数量性状表型值差异及聚类分析

Phenotypic Value Difference and Cluster Analysis of Quantitative Traits in Antheraea pernyi Germ plasm Resources of Different Voltinisms from Different Geographic Areas

发掘柞蚕核心种质资源可以提高柞蚕种质资源的利用效率。对不同化性、不同分布地域的柞蚕种质资源的22项数量性状表型值的差异性分析结果表明,柞蚕一化性与二化性种质资源间以及辽宁省与山东省的二化性种质资源间、河南省与贵州省的一化性种质资源间,分别有14项、18项、14项数量性状表型值存在统计学差异(P<0.05),说明柞蚕分布的地理区域和化性均会影响其数量性状的表型值。基于22项数量性状表型值的聚类分析将供试的绝大多数柞蚕种质资源按照所分布的地理区域划分为4大类群,这种按照地理区域的类群划分受柞蚕化性和柞蚕体色系统的影响较小,说明柞蚕分布的地理区域是影响其数量性状表现的主要因素。

Better understanding to the core germplasm resources of Antheraea pernyi can improve the utilization efficiency of A. pernyi germplasm resources. Analysis on differences of phenotypic value of 22 quantitative traits in A. pernyi germplasm resources of different voltinisms from different areas showed that 14 quantitative traits between univoltine and biovoltine germplasm resources,18 quantitative traits between biovoltine germplasm resources from Liaoning Province and Shandong Province,14 quantitative traits between univoltine germplasm resources from Henan Province and Guizhou Province were statistically different（ P 〈 0. 05）,implying that both geographical area and voltinism affect the phenotype values of quantitative traits. The cluster analysis based on phenotypic value of 22 quantitative traits showed that a majority of A. pernyi germplasm resources could be clustered into four major clusters according to their geographical areas. Voltinism and color descent only had limited influence on the cluster result,suggesting that geographical area was the dominated factor accounting for the phenotype value of quantitative traits of A. pernyi.
