饲粮中桑叶粉添加量对獭兔生产性能的影响

Production Perform ance of Rex Rabbit Feeding on Diets Containing Different Proportions of Mulberry Leaf Powder

以桑叶作为替代饲料添加至獭兔的基础饲粮中,并通过调节桑叶粉添加量达到改善獭兔生产性能的目的。选取平均体质量为（1 243±102）g的2月龄獭兔40只（雌、雄各1/2）,随机分成5组,饲喂添加不同比例桑叶粉的饲粮,至试验第42天对獭兔生产性能指标的调查结果是：桑叶粉添加量（质量分数）≤15%的饲粮组的獭兔与未添加桑叶粉饲粮组（对照）的獭兔相比较,各项生长性能指标相当,当饲粮中桑叶粉的添加量〉15%则会减缓獭兔的生长速度;添加10%桑叶粉的饲粮组獭兔的料重比最低（6.22）,肌肉中鲜味和甘味氨基酸的比例增加,肉质风味改善;添加15%和20%桑叶粉饲粮组,獭兔的毛皮质量与厚度显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）;添加20%桑叶粉饲粮组獭兔的半净膛率和全净堂率大于对照和其他饲粮组,但未达到显著水平（P≥0.05）,腿肌指数显著大于添加5%桑叶粉的饲粮组（P〈0.05）,随着饲粮中桑叶粉添加量增加,獭兔的心脏指数有升高趋势,但未达到显著水平（P≥0.05）。综合试验结果认为,桑叶可以作为獭兔的部分替代饲料,2～3月龄獭兔饲粮中桑叶粉的添加量≤15%为宜,饲粮中添加10%的桑叶粉可改善兔肉的风味品质。

In this experiment,mulberry leaf was added into basic diet for feeding rex rabbit as a substitute feedstuff to improve production performance of rex rabbit by adjusting the addition level of mulberry leaf powder. 40 rex rabbits of twomonth old（ 20 females and 20 males） with an average weight of（ 1 243 ± 102） g were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups to feed with diets supplemented with different proportions of mulberry leaf powder. Investigation results at day42 showed that various production performance indexes of rex rabbits fed with diet supplemented with no more than 15%（ mass fraction） mulberry leaf powder were similar to that with alfalfa,corn,wheat etc. in diet,while the growth rate of rex rabbits fed with diet supplemented with more than 15% mulberry leaf powder was slowed down. After being fed with diet supplemented with 10% mulberry leaf powder,the ratio of feed to weight gain of rex rabbits was the lowest（ 6. 22）,and the amino acids with regard to flavor and taste in muscle was increased so as to improve meat quality. The fur qualityand thickness of rex rabbits fed with diet supplemented with 15% and 20% mulberry leaf powder were significantly lower than those of the control group（ P 〈0. 05）. Half and whole eviscerated carcass rate of rex rabbits fed with diet supplemented with 20% mulberry leaf powder were higher than control group,but the difference did not reach significant level（ P≥0. 05）,while leg muscle index was significantly higher than that of rex rabbits fed with diet supplemented with 5% mulberry leaf powder（ P 〈0. 05）. With the increase of mulberry leaf powder added in diet,the heart index of rex rabbits displayed an increasing trend,but did not reach significant level（ P≥0. 05）. All results indicate that mulberry leaves can be used as a substitute feedstuff for rex rabbits. The favorable mass fraction of mulberry leaf powder in diet for 2 to 3 months old rex rabbit is less than 15%,and adding 10% mulberry leaf powder in diet can improve flavor and quality of rabbit meat.
