摘要
"一带一路"战略的实施,必须大力发展低碳经济、依赖碳金融交易平台,这是世界经济发展的主导和潮流。碳金融鉴证业务就是针对能源消耗所产生的温室气体排放对环境影响的认证行为。碳金融鉴证业务可以更好地对低碳发展的相关项目及政策的实施起到监督作用,以利于企业低碳健康发展以及为"一带一路"战略的顺利实施保驾护航。在我国,碳金融鉴证业务刚刚起步,如何有效应对碳金融鉴证困境显得尤为必要。
The implementation of ＂silk road economic belt and maritime silk road＂ must rely on carbon finance, and develop carbon economy. This is the leading trend of economy development. Carbon finance attestation is an identification behavior. It is aim at environment influence of greenhouse gas discharge because of energy consume . Carbon finance attestation has a supervision function of low-carbon project and policy and is in favor of the realization of low-carbon society, and contribute to companies＇ healthy development and strategy of ＂silk road economic belt and maritime silk road＂ implementation. In our country, carbon finance attestation iust started, and it is important to answer how to solve the difficnhv of carbon finance attestation.
