欧洲企业网络协同创新机制及对提升我国中小企业创新能力的启示

Enterprise Europe Network Collaborative Innovation System and Its Implications to Enhance the Innovation Capability of SMEs in China

欧洲企业网络(EEN)是目前全球最大、影响最广、较为成熟的服务于中小企业的平台。结合当前我国中小企业发展的现状和问题,本文从源创新、流创新和始创新相关理论的视角,从组织结构和协同创新机制两个方面解构欧洲企业网络(EEN),深入挖掘其提升中小企业协同创新能力的内在机制。在此基础上为我国中小企业服务平台建设提出相应的建议,以期中小企业在中国经济发展中发挥新一代引擎的作用。

European Enterprise Network （EEN） is the largest and most influential, the more mature platform for SMEs in Europe. This paper analyzes the current situation and problems of the development of SMEs in China, uses the source innovation, flow innovation and start innovation theory perspective and deconstructs Enterprise Europe Network from both the organizational structure and collaborative innovation mechanisms to Dig its collaborative innovation capacity of SMEs to enhance internal mechanism. Then it gives some suggestions on the basis of the EEN so that SMEs play an important role in a new generation of engines in China＇s economic development.
