摘要
梳理我国外国人永久居留制度发展历程,分析其存在问题,并在总结借鉴国外永久居留制度先进经验做法的基础上,提出完善我国高层次外国人永久居留制度的对策建议。
This article combed the process of development of foreigner permanent residence system in our country, and analyzed its existing problems. To improve and perfect the foreigner permanent residence system in China, the article also put forward proposal and countermeasures on the basis of summarizing and studying international advanced experience of foreigner permanent residence system.
