摘要
比较分析国内外对创新能力评价研究的不同侧重点,从创新链视角出发,构建广东创新驱动发展战略量化指标框架和指标体系,并运用GIS地理信息技术对广东各地市创新驱动发展实施情况及效果进行实证评价,最后提出加快广东创新驱动发展的具体路径。
In this paper, we analyze the different emphases of the innovation driven index system in China and abroad, construct the quantitative index of Guangdong innovation driven development strategy, and make an empirical evaluation using GIS geographic information technology.
