摘要
从投入产出的效率角度,运用几种DEA方法和中国省际层面数据,实证评价生产性服务业发展对制造业升级的促进效应。研究结果发现,目前中国生产性服务业发展对制造业升级的促进效应仍处于较低水平,主要归因于生产性服务业发展的规模效率偏低,生产性服务业整体规模不足和内部结构不合理并存;而且,生产性服务业发展对制造业升级的促进效率及其原因存在着显著的东中西地区差异和省际差异。基于以上结论,提出中国生产性服务业发展促进制造业升级的相应政策建议。
From the perspective of input - output efficiency, the paper evaluates the promotion effect of producer service industry development on manufacturing industry upgrading with several DEA methods and China＇ s provincial data. The results show that, the present promotion effect of producer service industry development on manufacturing industry upgrading in China is still at a low level, which is mainly ascribed to the low scale efficiency of producer service industry, also both the insufficient overall scale and the unreasonable internal structure. Besides, there are significant east - middle - west regional and provincial differences in the promotion efficiency and its reasons for the development of producer service industry promoting manufacturing industry upgrading. Based on the above conclusions, the corresponding policy recommendations on developing China＇ s producer service industry benefiting manufacturing industry upgrading are put forward.
