摘要
揭示电子商务投资与企业绩效之间的作用机理对于传统制造企业来说有重要价值。以制造企业为研究对象,对电子商务投资与企业绩效的关系进行实证研究,并分析电子商务能力在以上关系中的中介作用。研究结果表明,(1)电子商务投资对企业绩效有正向的影响;相比电子商务一次型投资,而对电子商务多阶段投资对企业绩效影响更大;而且,相比电子商务独立投资,电子商务联合投资对企业绩效影响更大。(2)电子商务投资对电子商务能力有正向影响,对于电子商务能力的分项维度来说,电子商务投资对电子商务战略能力和管理能力有正向影响,而对电子商务技术资源的影响不显著;相比电子商务一次型投资和独立投资,电子商务多阶段投资和联合投资对电子商务能力的影响更大。(3)电子商务能力在电子商务投资与绩效的关系中起中介作用。
Revealing the performance mechanism of e - business investment is of great value to traditional manufacturing firms. Based (m survey data from manufacturing firms in China, this paper makes an empirical research on the relationship between e - business investment and firm performance, and analyzes the mediation role of e - business capabilities in the above relationships. The research' s conclusions show that : ( 1 ) e - business investment has positive effects on e - business capabilities ; compared to the single - period - investmenl, the multi - period - investment has a bigger effect on the firm performance; compared tu independent investment, joint investment has a bigger effect on the firm performance; (2) e - business investment has positive effects on e - business capabilities ; for the sub dimensions of e - business capabilities, the e - business investment has positive effects on the e - business strategic capabilities and e - business management capabili- ties, while the effect on e - business technology resources is not obvious; the multi - period - investment and joint invest- ment have more effects on the e - business capabilities compared to the single - period - investment and the independent investment; (3) e - business capabilities play a mediating role in the relationship between e - business investment and firm performance.
