全机器人二尖瓣置换术的围手术期护理

The peri-operative nursing for patients underwent totally robotic mitral valve replacement

目的总结43例全机器人二尖瓣置换术的护理特点及体会，为今后的护理工作提供护理依据。方法回顾性分析43例行全机器人二尖瓣置换术患者的临床资料，总结围手术期的护理特点及护理体会。结果43例患者均顺利手术，术后无机器人系统相关并发症、无手术死亡及出血导致的二次开胸探查。平均体外循环时间（124±26）min，主动脉阻断时间（88±21）min。平均随访时间305d（1个月-6年），随访期间无死亡、中风、感染性心内膜炎或人工瓣衰败，39．5％（17例）合并房颤。结论系统规范全机器人二尖瓣置换围手术期的护理措施，有助于促进患者的快速康复。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience for 43 patients who underwent totally robotic mitral valve replacement and to provide basis for the improvement of nursing care in the future. Methods A total of 43 patients were retrospectively analyzed and they received standard nursing care of robotic surgery peri-operatively. The characteristics of nursing care were summarized. Results All of the patients discharged with mortality and surgical complications. Mean cardiopulmonary bypass time was 124 ± 26 minutes. Mean cross clamping time was 88 ±21minutes. Averaged follow-up was 305 months （1 month to 6 years）,and no death, stroke,infective endocarditis or artificial valve failure were observed during this period. There were 17 patients （39.5%） had newly on-set atrial fi- brillation. Conclusions Standard nursing care of robotic mitral valve peri operatively would help the patients get rapid recovery after the surgery.
