摘要 转化生长因子β(transforming growth factor-β,TGF-β)信号通路参与调控细胞增殖、分化、凋亡等,以细胞或环境依赖的方式发挥肿瘤抑制或肿瘤促进作用,成为肿瘤发生发展过程中的一把双刃剑。长链非编码RNA(long non-coding RNA,lnc RNA)不编码蛋白,但参与多种信号通路及生物学功能的调控,可诱导血管生成,在多种肿瘤的增殖、侵袭和转移过程中起到重要作用,发挥类似癌基因或抑癌基因的作用。TGF-β可诱导产生一些具有重要调控功能的lnc RNA,从而形成复杂的交联调控网络。本文将对目前报道的能被TGF-β诱导,且机制与作用相对清楚的lnc RNA进行综述。 The TGF-βsignaling pathway plays a crucial role in regulating cell proliferation, differentiation, and apoptosis. This pathway exerts either tumor-suppressing or tumor-promoting effects, which are cell-or context-dependent, making it simultaneously advanta-geous and disadvantageous in the process of carcinogenesis and tumor progression. Long non-coding RNAs (lncRNAs) do not encode proteins, but they are involved in the regulation of various signaling pathways and biological functions. Moreover, lncRNAs can induce tumor angiogenesis, as well as affect tumor proliferation, invasion, and metastasis by acting as oncogenes or tumor-suppressor genes. Recent studies revealed that some lncRNAs may be induced and regulated by TGF-βto form a complicated crosslinked regulatory net-work. This review focuses on the crosstalk between the TGF-βsignaling pathway and TGF-β-induced lncRNAs.
