Archival legislation under the legacy conservation system:Explanation of the Franch《Legacy code(volume 2:archive)》

摘要 2004年,法国将《档案法》纳入《遗产法典》,成为该法典的第二卷:档案馆。2008年,《遗产法典》的第二卷(档案馆)被全面修订。修订后的档案立法将"私人档案"纳入权利保护范围,同时确立了"自由公开"档案的原则。与1979年《档案法》相比,2008年的《遗产法典》(第二卷档案馆)内容规定更为完整,权利涉及更为全面。 In 2004, France included the Archive Law into the Heritage Code and fully amended the Volume II （2008）. The amended Archival legislation included ＂Private archive＂ into its scope of right pro- tection, in the meantime set up the archive principle of ＂ Free communication＂. Compared to the Archive Law （1979）, the Heritage Code （Volume II Archive, 2008） has a more complete content of provisions and a more comprehensive scope of rights.
