多民族地区社会秩序构建对文化的实践需求和档案具有丰富的社会文化属性二者共同决定了档案在多民族地区治理和社会秩序构建中能够发挥重要的文化功能。
The construction of social order has the practical cultural needs in the multi ethnic areas. Meanwhile, the archives have rich social and cultural attributes. The two together determine that the archives can play an important role in the construction of the multi ethnic regional governance and social order.
