摘要
以[Rh(COD)Cl]2为金属盐,BINAP为配体,实现了水相二炔和腈的[2+2+2]环加成反应,分别测试了温度、金属盐、添加剂、溶剂对催化反应的影响,筛选了相对较好的反应条件,合成了带有环状取代基的吡啶衍生物,其结构经1H NMR和13C NMR表征.
We descriped a new method for the preparation of pyridine derivatives via [2+2+2] cycloaddition of diyne and nitrile catalyzed by [Rh(COD)Cl]2/BINAP using tert-amyl alchol as an cosolvent in aqueous phase. Temperature, metal, additive and solvent were screened for the annulation, then pyridine derivative was obtained under the appropriate condition. The structure of pyridine was Characterized by1 H NMR and13 CNMR.
