摘要
农机企业生产过程中常常出现紧急插单、工艺路线更改、产品类型变更等不确定因素,导致瓶颈物料识别困难,不能够快速根据现有可用物料量来调整生产计划.为提高物料生产运作的反应能力,对MRP算法和BOM结构进行研究,设计出基于瓶颈物料的农机生产物料净需求算法,结合模块化BOM的构建技术,采用C/S架构,开发基于模块化BOM的农机生产物料净需求系统,实现了农机BOM信息的数据存储、瓶颈物料识别、生产物料净需求计算等功能,最后给出了农机生产物料净需求系统的实现案例.
Uncertain factors such as inserted emergency orders, routing changes, product changes often appear in the process of production of agricultural machinery, resulting in identifying bottleneck materials difficultly, and Enterprises can't adjust the production plan according to the amount of material quickly.In order to improve the ability to respond to material production operations, designed the agricultural production net materials algorithm based on bottleneck materials by the MRP algorithm and Modular BOM structure research. Combining with modular BOM construction technology, using C/S architecture,developed agricultural production net materials algorithm system based on modular BOM, to achieve data storage of agricultural machinery BOM information, bottleneck materials identification, calculated material net requirement. Finally, the realization of the net demand system of agricultural machinery production is given.
