新生代农民工定居中小城镇意愿的实证分析

Empirical Research on New Generation of Migrant Workers' Preference of Long-term Residing in Medium and Small-sized Cities

通过对安徽625位新生代农民工的调查,使用二元选择模型对新生代农民工定居中小城镇意愿及影响因素进行实证分析。结果表明:51.7%的新生代农民工希望定居在中小城镇,性别、家庭收入、受教育程度以及耕地是否流转是影响新生代农民工定居中小城镇意愿的重要因素;而年龄、工作稳定性、配偶的务工地点、是否参加新型农村合作医疗等因素则无显著影响。据此提出了加强女性新生代农民工培训、增加家庭收入、提高农村教育质量、加快土地流转等推进城镇化的政策建议。

Based on a survey of 625 samples from Anhui province,this paper,using Logit model,analyzes the new generation of migrant workers＇ will of long-term residing in medium and small-sized cities of and its influencing factors.The results show that 51.7% new generation migrant workers want to reside in medium and smallsized cities.The factors of gender,income of family,education levels and land circulation have significantly great impacts on their preference of residing in medium and small-sized cities.It is also found that those like age,work＇s stability,marriage status,spouse working location and new rural cooperative medical system have insignificant effect on their residing preference.At last,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to fasten citizenry of new generation of migrant workers,such as strengthening training for the new generation migrant female workers,increasing the income of farmers,improving the education quality in rural areas,and developing land circulation etc.
