The Research on the Construction of the Teachers' Professional Ethics of Ideological and Political Theory Course

加强专业道德建设在高校思想政治理论课教师队伍建设中具有举足轻重的作用,越来越受到学者们的关注。当前我国高校思想政治理论课教师专业道德建设过程中存在的问题,需要从正确理解师德概念、完善师德规范,加强理论研究和重视培训工作等方面提出解决对策。

The strengthening of the construction of the professional ethics plays an important role in the con-struction of the teachers of Ideological and Political theory course, but also get more and more attention fromscholars. Through the analysis and study of the problems which exist in the process of the current constructionof the professional ethics of the teachers of Ideological and Political theory course, the author proposes solutionsto the construction of the professional ethics of the teachers of Ideological and Political theory course from thecorrect understanding of the concept of morality, improving morality norms, strengthening theoretical study andpaying attention to training and other aspects.
