摘要
转换成本显著地影响着企业的策略、消费者选择和市场的竞争结构,其在企业行为、企业与消费者关系和市场竞争结构研究中具有极其重要的作用。有关转换成本的理论模型研究成果相对丰富,但由于其较难观察和衡量,当前在经验研究上的进展不大。对于银行业而言,基于信息不对称效应的转换成本对银行经营策略、银行业市场和银企关系的影响显著。据此,本文对这一热点和前沿的研究领域进行了系统的梳理、总结、评述与展望。
Switching costs affects the enterprise strategy, consumer choice and competition market structure significantly. It is considered as a key factor in the research of enterprise behavior, firm-consumer relationship and market competition. Research achievements on the theoretical model of switching cost is relatively abundant. Since the switching costs is hard to be observed and measured, empirical research on switching costs is a relatively unexplored area. For the banking industry, switching cost, which mainly arise from asymmetric information, have significantly impact on banks' strategy, banking market equilibrium and banking relationships. This paper reviews the relevant studies and discusses the future studies.
