摘要 目的研究福建省2012-2013年公共场所空调冷却塔水及冷凝水中分离的嗜肺军团菌的基因特征。方法应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(pulsedfield gel electrophoresis,PFGE)技术对33株嗜肺军团菌进行电泳,并用BioNumerics软件包对其进行聚类分析。结果33株可分为26种PFGE型,菌株间相似性系数为44.60%~100.00%,大部分菌株的PFGE型别差异明显,无优势型别。不同地区分离的嗜肺军团菌既有差异较大的带型,也存在相同和相似的带型。结论2012~2013年福建省公共场所空调冷却塔水及冷凝水中分离的嗜肺军团菌呈现基因多样性。 Objective To study the genetic features of the isolated strains of Legionella pneumophila from air condition- ing cooling tower water and condensate in public places,Fujian province,2012-2013. Methods Pulsed field gel electro phoresis (PFGE) technology was used for electrophoresis of 33 Legionella pneurnophila strains,BioNurnerics packages were used for cluster analysis. Results Thirty-three strains could be divided into 26 types of PFGE,the strain similarity coefficient ranged 44.60%- 100.00% , most of the strains of PFGE had significant differences, with no dominant strains. Different isolated strains of Legionella pneumophila in different areas had different band types, also with same and similar types. Conclusion The isolated strains of Legionella pneumophila have genetic diversity in public place air conditioning cooling tower water and condensate in Fujian province,2012-2013.
