摘要
针对潮汐交通流条件下的道路双向交通流不平衡问题,给出了可变车道方案。将可变车道调整数量作为决策变量、以油耗和排放费用最低为目标,兼顾道路延误,构建可变车道方案选择模型。模型既考虑了延误对可变车道方案选择结果的影响,也考虑了油耗和排放费用,并探讨了可变车道的设置时间和保持时间。以北京市紫竹院路为例,计算出合理的可变车道方案。利用VISSIM仿真软件进行模型验证并探讨可变车道的环境效益。研究结果表明:考虑环境效益的可变车道方案实施以后,道路总延误降低了21.1s,油耗和排放费用降低了40%。这说明可变车道方案不仅能降低道路延误,还能降低车辆产生的油耗和排放费用,从而可带来一定的环境效益。
By considering the problem of unbalanced tidal traffic flow on the road, reversible laneschemes were given. A reversible lane scheme selection model was formulated by taking the number ofreversible lanes as the decision variable and the smallest energy consumption and emission costs as thetargets with the consideration of delay. Both the influence of delay on reversible lane scheme selection,and the energy consumption and emission costs were considered in the model. The setting time and hold-ing time of the reversible lane were discussed. Taking Zizhuyuan Road as an example, the reasonablescheme of reversible lane was calculated. Based on the simulation software VISSIM, the model was veri-fied and the environmental benefit of reversible lane scheme was discussed. The results show that the de-lay has been reduced by 21.1s, the cost of energy consumption and emission have been reduced by 40%after the implementation of reversible lane scheme considering environmental benefit. It also certifiesthat not only the delay is reduced but also the energy consumption and emission costs are reduced afterthe implementation of reversible lane scheme. Thus the environmental benefits are made.
