摘要
以多元醇和异氰酸酯合成聚氨酯预聚体,用封闭剂封端,添加交联剂和铜粉制成聚氨酯导电胶粘剂。研究了不同多元醇、异氰酸酯、封闭剂和铜粉用量对聚氨酯导电胶粘剂性能的影响。
This paper introduces a polyurethane-Cu conductive adhesive which is sealed with a closed agent,adding cross-linking agent and copper powder,studying the effect of different polyols,isocyanates,sealants,and amount of copper powder on Polyurethane conductive adhesive performance.
