垃圾焚烧锅炉的高温氯腐蚀研究进展 被引量:24

摘要 垃圾焚烧是目前垃圾处理的一种主要手段,而高温氯腐蚀一直是垃圾焚烧技术的研究热点,为此,综述了垃圾焚烧锅炉高温氯腐蚀的研究进展,认为高温氯腐蚀的主要原因是HCl气体腐蚀和熔融盐腐蚀;分析了高温氯腐蚀的特点及影响因素,得出碱金属氯化物和高温都将增加腐蚀速率;总结了垃圾焚烧中锅炉的防护措施,通过采用镍铬合金涂层或在垃圾焚烧中加入含硫、铝等添加剂可以降低腐蚀速率,起到防护作用。 Waste incineration is a kind of main method for present garbage disposal and high temperature chlorine corrosion is always the research hot point.Therefore,this paper summarizes research development of high temperature chlorine corrosion in waste incineration boilers and considers the main reason for high temperature chlorine corrosion is HCl gas corrosion and molten salt corrosion.It also analyzes characteristics of high temperature chlorine corrosion and influencing factors and draws a conclusion that alkali chloride and high temperature can accelerate corrosion speed.It summarizes safeguard procedures for waste incineration boilers which are using nickel-chromium alloy coating or adding additives containing sulfur and aluminum to reduce corrosion speed and play a role of protection.
