摘要
为了制备颜色均一、性状稳定的不饱和聚酯,采用二甘醇、新戊二醇、邻苯二甲酸酐和顺丁烯二酸酐为反应原料,对苯二酚为阻聚剂,苯乙烯为交联剂,通过一步法成功合成了不饱和聚酯M513-NP.随后对合成的聚合物进行酸值、粘度、分子量和分子量分布测定,讨论并分析影响分子量及分子量分布的因素,以确定合成不饱和聚酯M513-NP的最佳反应条件.当锥板黏度控制为8.0 Pa·s,配方设计采用醇过量1.3%,反应总时间为15±1 h,反应温度为197±0.5℃时,制备的不饱和聚酯M513-NP性状稳定,其数均分子量约为1 300,分子量分布约为2.8,呈淡黄色透明液体.
In order to obtain the unsaturated polyester with uniformed color and stable properties,unsaturated polyester M513-NP was synthesized successfully by one-pot method using diethylene glycol,neopentyl glycol,phthalic anhydride and maleic anhydride as the reaction materials,hydroquinone as the inhibitor,styrene as the crosslinking agent.Then,acid value,viscosity,molecular weight and molecular weight distribution of the resulting polymer were determined.The influence factors of the molecular weight and molecular weight distribution were discussed and the optimum reaction conditions to synthesize unsaturated polyester M513-NP was confirmed.When the viscosity is fixed to 8.0 Pa·s,the excessive alcohol fraction is 1.3%,the total reaction time is 15±1 h,the reaction temperature is 197±0.5 ℃,the resulting unsaturated polyester M513-NP shows uniformed color in light yellow liquid and the stable properties.The molecular weight of M513-NP is about 1 300 and the molecular weight distribution is around 2.8.
