摘要少数特殊患者,因各种外伤等原因致下肢不同部位截肢,下肢安放假肢同时髋关节周围肌肉退变导致反应迟钝,不能有效地保护髋部,容易外伤致股骨颈骨折。而全髋关节置换术（total hip arthroplasty,THA）是有效治疗股骨颈骨折的一种手术方式,提高患者生活质量,尤其对于已经截肢的股骨颈骨折患者,早期回归社会有利于其身心的恢复。
