摘要 介绍了母乳中乳铁蛋白的功能特性,及其应用在婴儿配方奶粉中对非母乳喂养婴儿的重要性,以及国内外有关乳铁蛋白在婴儿配方奶粉中的应用情况。并重点探讨了乳铁蛋白在婴儿配方奶粉中应用的研究过程,包括配方设计依据、使用的原料、生产工艺流程和检验结果等。 The functional properties oflactoferrin which naturally present in breast milk and the importance of their supplement to infant for- mula milk powder in non-breast fed infants nutrition were introduced. The application of lactoferrin in infant formula milk powder in for- eign countries was also introduced. The research of the application of lactofemn in infant formula milk powder were discussed, including the formula design, the raw material, the production process and the test results.
