Reform of Higher Vocational Education: Realistic Problem and Reconstruction Path

在中国即将以加快高等教育结构调整和构建现代职业教育体系为突破口开始新一轮教育改革之际,对高等职业教育在资源、结构、要素等方面进行重构的紧迫性、必要性和可行性展开重点分析,同时系统梳理中国高等职业教育发展过程中的成就、问题与机遇。在此基础上,提出构筑层次健全的现代职业教育体系、积极稳妥推进高等职业院校的"去行政化"改革以及营造有利于职业教育发展的政策环境等具体建议。

On the occasion that China takes action of structuring modern vocational education system as a breakthrough to start a new round of education reform,this article focuses on analyzing the urgency,necessity and feasibility in the reform of college entrance examination system and in the construction of application-oriented universities,as well as displaying the achievements,problems and opportunities during development process of China＇s higher vocational education in a systemic way. On this basis,the article proposes specific suggestions on how to improve and perfect hierarchy of vocational education,how to accelerate de-administration in higher vocational colleges and how to create a favorable policy environment for vocational education development.
