建筑工程项目技术风险与成本相关性研究

Research on the Correlation between Technical Risk and Cost of Construction Project

首先针对建筑工程项目技术风险,将其划分为三个层级,并定义风险指标予以测度;然后分析建筑工程项目成本的影响因素和评价方法,在此基础上,构建三个层级的技术风险与成本相关性回归模型,得到技术风险划分越详细,则其与项目成本超支的关系越密切的观点;最后提出基于建筑工程风险细分进行项目成本控制应用的注意点,为建筑工程项目成本控制提供参考。

First,the paper divides the construction projects technical risk into three levels,and defines the risk index to measure. Then,analyzes the influencing factors and evaluation methods of construction project cost. On the basis,builds regression models of technical risk and cost at three levels,obtaining the results that the more detailed technical risk divided,the relationship between the cost and technical risk is closer. Finally,puts forward attention notes to control cost through subdivision of technical risk of construction projects,and provides the reference to construction project cost control.
