摘要
探讨不同比率DHA/EPA对高脂膳食诱导的Apo E-/-小鼠动脉粥样硬化的保护作用及相关机制。90只雄性Apo E-/-小鼠[6周龄,体重(18±3)g]随机分为6组,以15只相同遗传背景下的野生型C57BL/6J小鼠(Wildtype with normal diet,CT)作为对照组。研究结果:主动脉整体油红O染色实验结果表明,与CT组和ND组相比,HFD组小鼠主动脉组织斑块面积显著增加;与HFD组相比,不同比率DHA/EPA干预均能显著降低高脂诱导小鼠主动脉AS斑块面积增加。
To investigate the protective roles and potential mechanisms of different ratios of DHA/EPA against atherosclerosis in Apo E-/- mice. 90 male Apo E-/- mice [6 weeks of age,(18±3) g] were divided randomly into six groups of fifteen animals each group as follows, 15 wildtype(CT, C57BL/6J) mice were considered to be the control group. Result: The intact aorta of mice stained with Oil Red O showed that compared with the CT group and the ND group, the aortic plaque area in HFD mice were significantly increased; compared with the HFD group, different ratios of DHA/EPA intervention could significantly reduce the AS plaques induced by high fat diets.
