摘要
目的:研究低值海洋鱼类酶解产物对小鼠的抗疲劳作用。方法:将小鼠随机分为4组,分别为低剂量组(1 g/kg)、中剂量组(2 g/kg)、高剂量组(6 g/kg)和空白对照组(生理盐水),连续灌胃42 d,观察小鼠转棒时间、负重游泳时间、血乳酸浓度、血清尿素水平、肝糖原含量等指标。结果:低值海洋鱼类酶解产物可以明显延长小鼠转棒时间、负重游泳时间,降低血乳酸浓度和血清尿素氮水平,提高肝糖原含量。结论:低值海洋鱼类酶解产物具有一定的抗疲劳效果。
Objective: To study the anti-fatigue effect of low-value marine fish hydrolysates(LMFH). Methods: The mice were divided randomly into 4 groups: low dose of LMFH(1 g/kg), middle dose of LMFH(2 g/kg), high dose of LMFH(6 g/kg) and the control group(NS), gavaged for 42 days, and then observed the time of rolling stick and swimming, the contents of lactic acid, serum urea nitrogen and hepatic glycogen. Results: The LMFH extended the rolling stick and swimming time, reduced the content of lactic acid and serum urea nitrogen, increased the content of hepatic glycogen. Conclusion: The LMFH have the effect of anti-fatigue.
