不同负载量NiMoP/γ-Al2O3蜡油加氢处理催化剂的表征及其加氢性能研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用真空等体积浸渍法制备了不同活性金属负载量的NiMoP/γ-Al_2O_3催化剂,考察了活性金属负载量对其催化蜡油加氢反应性能的影响,并通过XRD、低温N_2吸附-脱附、H_2-TPR、TPS和HRTEM等方法对催化剂进行表征。结果表明,当金属负载量(w)为30%时,催化剂的活性位数量最多,活性相结构和孔结构最适合蜡油加氢处理,从而具有最高的蜡油加氢活性。 The NiMoP/γ-Al2O3 catalysts with different metal loadings were prepared by vacuum incipient wetness impregnation method. The catalysts were characterized by BET, XRD, H2-TPR, TPS, and HRTEM, and evaluated in terms of their performance in hydrotreating of gas oil. The results show that the catalyst with metal loading of 30% has the maximum number of active sites, the best active phase structure, and pore structure, leading to the most outstanding gas oil hydrotreating performance.
