液化石油气叠合项目的职业病危害及防范

摘要 目的通过识别,分析某工业园液化石油气叠合项目生产期间可能产生的职业病危害因素及危害性程度,并找出关键控制点,探究科学有效的防护措施和策略,为安全生产监督管理部门对工业园液化石油气生产审批提供相应技术依据。方法进行现场职业卫生调查,采样、检测工业园液化石油生产的职业病危害因素,分析其危害性及对劳动者职业健康的影响。结果该工业园液化石油气叠合项目职业病危害因素种类较多,主要包括化学毒性物质、物理因素以及粉尘等,根据化学物质职业病危害的不同风险等级评价标准,其中溶剂汽油、液化石油气在职业病危害风险中被评为低风险水平,而苯、甲苯、二甲苯、硫化氢、氨在职业病危害风险中被评为中等风险水平。结论该工业园液化石油气叠合项目属于职业病危害较为严重的工艺项目,工艺流程生产中应正确认识职业病危害因素的存在地点、工序流程、分布位置等,并加强防护措施。 Objective Through identification, the occupational hazards level in a project of LPG stack synthesis in an industrial park was analyzed, critical control points were found out, and effective protective measures and strategies were studied to provide technical basis for the supervision and administration. Methods Occupational health investigation was conducted in the field, hazards factors were sampled and detected. Results Many kinds of occupational hazards factors existed in the project. They were toxic chemicals, physical factors and dusts. According to the standards for evaluation of risk grading, Solvent gasoline, LPG was rated as low risk level and benzene, toluene, xylene, hydrogen sulfide, ammonia were rated as medium risk level. Conclusion This project had more occupational hazards factors which should be recognized for the location, process, distribution, etc., and protection should be strengthen.
