急诊科护士工作压力原因分析及应对

急诊科作为医院里的一个特定医疗环境,有其他特殊性,有病情急,病情重,不可预见,病种杂等特点。急诊科护士要迅速判断,果断处理直接关系着患者安危的危险因素,每天面临着高强度的工作,嘈杂的环境,还要处理各种复杂的人际关系,以及护士自身的压力,社会对医务界的压力,这些不可避免的会使护士产生职业倦怠感,更会降低工作效率,严重影响护士的身心健康。因此,作为一名急诊科护士,要面对多方面的工作压力,将成为这种职业的危险因素。如何解决好诸多的工作压力,既需要多方协调配合,又需要急诊护士不断加强学习,提高心理适应能力,运用积极的应对方法 ,降低工作压力,以便更好地适应急诊工作。
