高血压是指在静息状态下动脉收缩压和/或舒张压增高,是临床最常见的慢性病之一,也是心脑血管疾病最主要的危险因素,可以导致脑卒中、心肌梗死、心力衰竭及肾功能不全等疾病,严重影响老年人群的身体健康和生活质量。为了使高血压患者的血压得到良好的控制,提高患者的生活质量,针对老年高血压患者的特点,在常规治疗的基础上,进行有效的心理护理,饮食、运动干预,用药指导及健康教育等,能够取得良好的效果。

In order to get good control of blood pressure in hypertensive patients, improve patient＇s quality of life, on the basis of routine treatment, effective psychological nursing, diet and exercise intervention, medication guidance and health education can get good results.
