正畸医生和患者的关系对治疗结果有很大影响,本文对正畸治疗过程中出现的心理问题作一综述,包括治疗依从性,口腔卫生,疼痛、不适及口腔习惯,显示正畸治疗过程中患者心理问题对于改善医患关系具有重要意义。

The orthodontist-patient relationship may have a significant impact on treatment outcome, aim of this article is to review the psychological aspects that are relevant to a number of treatment variables in clinical orthodontics, including compliance with treatment, oral hygiene, management of orthodontic pain and discomfort, and oral habits, which showed that the psychological issues plays an important role in improving the orthodontist-patient relationship.
