两种充填方法在根管治疗中的比较研究

Comparative study of two filling methods in root canal therapy

在现代根管充填治疗中,根管热牙胶充填技术被越来越广泛地应用于根管治疗的临床充填治疗方法中。牙胶尖配合根管充填糊剂的侧方加压法,一直以来被临床医生广泛采用,但随着现代根管治疗学的发展,对于根管三维充填概念的建立,冷侧压充填法已经不能完全满足临床需要了。近年来热牙胶根管充填方法的出现,为解决根管三维结构的充填开辟了一条新的途径。为了更好地了解热牙胶充填与冷侧压法的区别和优势,本文就这两种根管治疗充填技术的比较研究作一综述,从而为热牙胶充填在临床的应用提供参考。

In modern root canal filling treatment,Root canal hot tooth gel filling technology is more and more widely used in the treatment of root canal filling treatment method. Gutta percha with root canal filling paste and lateral pressure method has been widely used by clinicians. But with the development of modern root canal therapy, the concept of three-dimensional filling of root canal, cold lateral condensation method has not been able to fully meet the clinical needs. In recent years, the warm gutta percha filling method, a new way is opened up to solve the filling of the three dimensional structure of the root （：anal. In order to better understand the difference and advantage of warm gutta percha compared with cold lateral condensation method, in this review, we compared the two kinds of root canal treatment filling technology, so as to provide guidance for the clinical application of hot tooth gel filling.
