职业病诊断的前期工作问题探讨

Discussion on the Pre Work of Occupational Disease Diagnosis

目的探讨如何做好职业病诊断的前期工作。方法对2014年职业病诊断的接诊、发函等前期工作情况进行归纳总结。结果接诊劳动者349名,有劳动争议纠纷的27名,给用人单位发出《关于请提供职业病诊断有关材料的函》62份,收到答复函1 2份,答复率为19.4%(12/62)。结论必须加强与安全生产监督管理部门的沟通和协作,对劳动者和用人单位做好职业病诊断相关法律法规知识的宣传贯彻工作。

Objective To explore the Pre work of the diagnosis of occupational diseases. Methods On 2014, Reception registration and Sending official letters and other preliminary work for the diagnosis of occupation disease are summarized. Results 349 admissions workers, 27 cases of labor disputes, 62 letters to employing unit the letter on the request to provide materials related to the occupational disease diagnosis ＂. The occupational disease diagnosis institution received 12 copies of the reply to the letter, and the response rate was 19.4% （12/62）. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen Communication and collaboration with the safety production supervision and management department, and do a good job on publicizing Knowledge of laws and regulations related to the diagnosis of occupational diseases for employee and employer.
