基层疾控中心实验室能力建设发展现状及展望

Development Status and expectation in primary CDC laboratory capacity building

目的加强基层疾控中心实验室能力建设,提高实验室检验能力,为疾病预防控制工作提供有力保障。方法根据《天津市卫生局关于进一步加强区县疾病预防控制机构实验室能力建设行动计划(2013-2015年)》,从人员数量、仪器设备、实验室面积、检测项目开展率指标进行分析对照。结果通过近三年实验室能力建设发展,河东区疾控中心实验室能力得到一定程度的发展,但还存在人力不足、仪器设备短缺、实验室面积不足、检验项目开展率偏低的现状。结论应尽快解决实验室基础设施建设问题,不断加强年轻检验人员的培养和锻炼,争取财政资金购置先进仪器设备,明确自身存在差距,提高检验能力。

Objective To strengthen primary CDC laboratory capacity building, improving laboratory testing capacity and provide effective protection for the disease prevention and control work. Methods According to ＂Tianjin Municipal Health Bureau on further strengthening the county Disease Control and Prevention laboratory capacity-building action plan（2013-2015）＂, the comperison are about the number of personnel,instruments and equipment, laboratory area and test items carry rate. Results After nearly three years of construction and development of laboratory capacity, Hedong District CDC laboratory capacity developed to some extent, but there were still an insufficient number of problems including personnel and equipment shortages, inadequate laboratory area, test status of the project to carry out the low rate. Conclusion The laboratory infrastructure difficalties should be solved as soon as possible, continue to strengthen training young inspectors, financial funds for the purchase of advanced equipment, get to know the gap and increase inspection capacity.
